- Are GoPicnic products nut-free?

While some of our products do not contain tree nuts, all of our products are packaged in a facility that also processes peanuts and tree nuts. Products may also be produced on equipment that is shared with soy and tree nuts.
That said, our Sunbutter & Crackers meal contains items which are all manufactured in dedicated nut-free facilities or on dedicated nut-free lines. However, we do list a “packaged in a facility that also handles peanuts and tree nuts” warning on the side of the box. This refers to the fact that each sealed, individual component item is assembled into the meal box in a facility that also handles peanuts and tree nuts. Many customers with nut allergies find this complies with their needs, but others do not. At GoPicnic, we always make an effort to share as much information as possible, to allow customers to make the most informed decisions for themselves and their families.
- Can I buy individual GoPicnic meal components?

Many, but not all, of the items found within GoPicnic meals can indeed be purchased separately on our website. You can peruse all available items under the “GoMarket” section of the site.
- Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska or International addresses?

We do not ship items outside of the contiguous U.S.

- How do I use my Groupon to place an order?

Enter your 8 letter Groupon redemption code (found in the center of your Groupon voucher) into the "Coupon Code" field at the initial "View Cart" page at checkout. This page can be found prior to entering all of your shipping and billing information, so can see your discount apply before proceeding to checkout.
Your credit card will not be charged until your package is shipped to you. Per the deal terms, your order total before tax and shipping are applied to the sale must be at least $40, and your voucher cannot be combined with any other promotional or sales codes .You will therefore not be able to use multiple Groupons or combine your Groupon with any other promotion or sales offer that requires a code at checkout.
- How do Meal Subscriptions work?

GoPicnic is working diligently to make new subscription enrollment available via the new website as soon as possible. We are planning to have these implemented within the next few weeks.
GoPicnic's meal subscriptions are a great way to have your favorite meals automatically delivered to you! Choose from a wide array of options, including all of our ready-to-eat meals and most of our variety packs. You can select the delivery frequency at the time you place your order. Once you have selected your items and frequency, simply add to the shopping cart and checkout! Please note that your Groupon or PayPal account may not be used on a meal subscription order. Shipping is always free with meal subscriptions and you can expect a minimum shelf life of 60 days on your products. Your first shipment will process and ship immediately, and subsequent subscription shipments will be made on the same day of the month as your original order, based on the frequency that you have selected.

- What are GoPicnic's gluten-free guidelines?

GoPicnic products are in accordance with the Food & Drug Administration's (FDA) proposed regulations on gluten-free labeling. FDA proposed regulations on items labeled "gluten-free" means that a food bearing this claim does not contain any of the following:
- An ingredient that is a prohibited grain
- An ingredient that is derived from a prohibited grain and that has not been processed to remove gluten
- An ingredient that is derived from a prohibited grain and that has been processed to remove gluten, if the use of that ingredient results in the presence of 20 parts per million (ppm) or more gluten in the food
- Additionally, a great deal of GoPicnic products are certified as such by the Gluten Free Certification Organization, a third party certification organization. Their standard is less than 10 ppm gluten in all products bearing their insignia.
- What is GoPicnic's return policy?

In order for us to maintain the integrity of our food products, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges into our warehouse. GoPicnic will be happy to replace any items due to product defect, package/order damage, or if the incorrect product was received.
- What is the cost for shipping and what are the delivery time frames for receiving my order?

All orders placed online will be processed and packaged for shipment within 3 business days. GoPicnic uses 2 different shipping methods to ship your items to you:
FedEx Ground/Home Delivery: Available for every order for a flat rate of $11.99. Once the package leaves our warehouse, orders will arrive to you within 2-4 business days .
FedEx SmartPost: Available for orders that weigh less than 9 pounds for a flat rate of $7.99. Once the package has left our warehouse, orders will arrive within 3-6 business days. This shipping option will automatically be available to you during checkout if your order weighs no more than 9 pounds. If you do not see this option when checking out, your order exceeds the 9 lb. weight restriction.
Free shipping is offered to all subscription orders and all orders over $75!
- What is the shelf life of GoPicnic products?

Customers purchasing from our website can expect the shelf life of our products to be a minimum of 30 days at the time of delivery. Promotional items may have a shorter shelf life, but if this date is 30 days or less, it will be indicated on the item's sale page. Sale items are guaranteed to arrive within their best by date.

- Will GoPicnic donate to my event?

Each year, GoPicnic receives hundreds of donation requests. We do our best to assist local charities and non-profit organizations but unfortunately, we cannot fulfill every request. Our community outreach program begins with supplying meals to the local food banks and other local agencies working together to provide hunger relief. Our philanthropic efforts target non-profit organizations supporting gluten-free, green living, and/or suffering members of our community. Additionally, GoPicnic fully supports providing meals in the event of a natural disaster. If your organization meets these areas of need, we will consider your donation request. Please understand that we have a limited budget for all donations and your request may not be fulfilled if we have already allocated our donations for the year.
